2012 Prius c. Model: Three. I have had the car now for 8 years 120K Miles with no issues ever. Today I went to start it and it wont start, just dead. It did not give me any faulty indication when I drove it few days ago. To be fair I have not driven it that often lately due to Covid.2013 Prius. Model: Three. For the past month or so, occasionally when I try to start my Prius, it won't start. Instead the dash lights up with all kinds of warning bells, like the battery signal, engine trouble, etc. Usually I can resolve this by turning the car off, and then on again. (It has a push-button start.)Model: N/A. Put a 3/4inch (same as 19mm) boxed end wrench on the engine crankshaft pulley bolt and try to turn over the engine manually. If it wont turn over it could be that the transmission fluid has never been changed and the planetary gear inside his transmission is locked up.

Roll the Windows down and put the fob in your driver's seat, shut the door and press the lock button on the door. Make sure window is rolled down or you won't be able to get in.
