Yup sadly same here. Now I'm getting red and orange notifications when last week it was only orange notifications. What worked for me for packet burst in Vanguard was turning off on demand texture streaming and port forwarding. Both settings have been set accordingly for mw2 but still having issues. I swear it's on the games server side.I get the packet burst for the first 2-3 min of a match, then it levels out. But it is every single match that starts that way. Extremely frustrating. I would get it in MW2 was well for the very first match I would play in a session, but I wouldn't have it after that.
