I was shooting open sight groups of about 4" @50 yrds, with noticable stringing as the barrel got hot. Those groups sizes shrunk to about 2" @ 50 with no noticable heat stringing.A Mini 14 on the other hand would fit, and could be carried in a weapons rack where it was much more available.
