Madden starters not playing in playoffs
This is my first franchise I’ve done for Madden, I’m usually an NHL franchise player. Lions being good convinced me to pickup this year. I get to the playoffs though and every starter besides Goff, Gibbs, a couple secondary and O-linemen, are subbed out it seems. Pregame, they’re not injured or on practice squad.Preseason mini camp can only be run with rookies or sophomores who did NOT start in year one. Regular season practices can include anyone. No trading for rookies. Earliest you can trade for a player is in week 5 of their sophomore season and they must NOT be a starter for their current team.

Neither are in the slot and I have 4 healthy receivers to play. As stated in title. Missing my first string RB and WR as well as multiple defensive players. Playing Cowboys first round with backups, what gives? Playing as the raiders and josh jacobs will randomly get taken out and never put back in. Not injured, starting in all hb positions (including pwhb and 3dhb) and just gets subbed out randomly never to be replaced. Thought maybe it was stamina but happened in the first quarter of the game I just played so I really am at a loss for how to fix it.

Any sort of workaround playing with sliders (fatigue, auto subs, etc.) does not work, and affects gameplay by making players extremely slow.
