Dec 8, 2010. #1. i have a 77 fj40 i'm still unsure,2.5 or 4" lift to run 33" tires, and opinions hell creek or ome. i'm too old to go wheeling but i want a nice riding, properly proportioned capable fj40. i owned a couple when i was younger and learned to appreciate what an fj40 with a set of maxi tracs and shackled could do.thanks. 77 fj40.Old Man Emu FJ40 Lift Kit.
